Do you only work with kids?

No! In addition to the work I do with infants and children, I love supporting women who are looking for ways to optimize their nutrition status prior to pregnancy, during pregnancy, while breastfeeding and during the postpartum period.  This is a time for nourishing your body and focusing on high quality foods to support you and your baby.

I also love working with patients who are pursuing Ketogenic Diets for the treatment of epilepsy, neurodevelopment disorders and more.  Because of my experience as a part of the Ketogenic Diet Team at Children's Hospital Colorado and my personal use of nutritional ketosis, I have a tremendous passion for families that are exploring the use of a medically prescribed Ketogenic Diet.  If you are looking for a dietitian who is able to collaborate with your medical team, please reach out!

Do you accept insurance?

At this time, I am enrolled in BCBS of Montana as well as Montana Medicaid and can bill directly for patients that are actively enrolled in that program.  All other patients will need to pay out of pocket at the time of service and I can then provide you with a Superbill.

What is a superbill?

This is a summary of our visit with billing codes that you can use to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.  Every insurance plan is different, so if you have any questions regarding your specific benefits, please contact your insurance plan directly.  When speaking with your insurance representative, you can use codes 97802 and 97803 to determine coverage for nutrition services.

What about telemedicine?

Telemedicine or video appointments are a great option for families that are outside of the Bozeman area and are looking for specialty nutrition support. It may not be covered as part of your insurance benefits, so please check with your insurance representative to determine coverage.
